✍️ How do I place an order?
Simply fill out my Custom Order Form with your name, shipping address, and the item(s) you’d like. Once I receive your form, I’ll calculate the total including shipping and send you a PayPal invoice. After payment is received, I’ll get started on your handmade creation!
💰 How do I pay for my order?
Once you’re ready to purchase, you’ll be directed to a secure PayPal link where you can complete your payment.You can use a PayPal account or check out as a guest with a credit/debit card—no account needed!Once payment is complete, I’ll confirm your order and begin packaging or making your item.
📦 How long does it take to receive my order?
All items marked “Ready to Ship” will be mailed within 3–5 business days. Custom orders usually take 1–2 weeks depending on the size and detail. I’ll always update you with a timeline before starting.
🌎 Do you ship internationally?
At this time, I’m only shipping within the U.S.

🧵 Are your crochet items handmade?
Yes! Every single amigurumi character is hand-crocheted with love by me, one stitch at a time. No machines. No mass production. Just me, my yarn, and a whole lot of care.

Each amigurumi is handmade with love, so slight variations in size are part of their charm!
Most items range between 5–8 inches tall, depending on the character and design. If you’re looking for a specific size or need exact measurements, feel free to contact me — I’m happy to help!

Absolutely! I love making custom characters. Use the Contact page or DM me on social media with what you’re looking for, and I’ll let you know the timeline, price, and create a PayPal link just for you.
🚚 Do you offer tracking or insurance on orders?
Yes! All orders come with tracking. If you want to add insurance or signature delivery, please let me know before you pay, and I’ll include that in your custom payment link.
🔁 What’s your return policy?
Because these are handmade, I’m unable to accept returns unless the item arrives damaged. If there’s ever a problem, please reach out—I want you to be happy with your squishy friend!
